General Bonus Terms and Conditions

The following General Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonus offers available on Tv888 (the “Site”). By accepting any bonus, you agree to these Terms in addition to any specific bonus terms published with the offer.

Definitions and Balances

  • Real balance refers to funds deposited or won with real money. All bets are funded from the real balance before any bonus funds are used.
  • Bonus balance refers to funds granted under a promotional offer. Winnings attributed to bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and may be subject to wagering conditions.

Betting Limits and Playthrough

Expiry, Cancellation and Forfeiture

  • Tv888 reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or reclaim bonuses and any winnings obtained from them if there is suspected bonus abuse or violation of these Terms. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, delaying game rounds, using bonus funds to unlock features without progressing wagering, manipulating software, or employing other strategies deemed abusive by the Site.
  • Withdrawal of funds prior to completing wagering under a bonus offer may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

No-Deposit Bonuses, Welcome Offers and Other Promotions

  • No-deposit bonuses are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit and/or a cap on real-money conversion. Any amount exceeding the stated cap will be forfeited at withdrawal.
  • Welcome offers, deposit matches, free spins, and other promotions are limited to one active offer per player at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
  • Mixing multiple promotions is prohibited unless the promotions explicitly permit combination. Any conflicting combination may be cancelled or voided by Tv888.

Withdrawal Rules and Cash-Out

Data, Verification and Anti-Money-Laundering
